DebtOptimizerHub provides calculators and informational content related to credit card interest, debt payoff timelines, and repayment strategies. DebtOptimizerHub is also preparing the Debt Payoff Planner, an account-based subscription planning product. Public Planner account creation and paid subscription access are not currently available.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.
The calculators, guides, methodology materials, Planner projections, and other content made available through DebtOptimizerHub are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as financial, legal, tax, investment, credit, or other professional advice.
Calculator results are estimates based on the information you enter and the assumptions described by each tool. When the Debt Payoff Planner launches, its projections, comparisons, progress classifications, schedules, and reports will also be estimates based on user-provided information and modeled assumptions.
Actual results may differ because of lender calculations, daily-interest methods, payment timing, fees, unentered or differently timed rate changes, new transactions, missed or delayed payments, minimum-payment rules, rounding methods, account-specific terms, and other factors not represented by the model.
You are responsible for verifying balances, APRs, minimum payments, due dates, fees, promotional terms, and other account information with the applicable creditor or financial institution.
DebtOptimizerHub does not provide lending, debt consolidation services, debt settlement, debt negotiation, credit repair, credit counseling, creditor communications, debt collection, brokerage services, credit approval decisions, or individualized financial advice.
DebtOptimizerHub does not guarantee approval for a financial product, a particular interest rate, savings, payoff completion, credit-score improvement, or any other financial outcome. You are responsible for evaluating the information presented and may wish to consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You agree to use DebtOptimizerHub only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or normal operation of the site.
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, misuse automated requests, scrape the service in a manner that materially burdens the site, misrepresent your identity, or use DebtOptimizerHub to violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
When Debt Payoff Planner account access launches, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not attempt to access another user's account or information, share or sell account access, circumvent subscription controls, or use the hosted Planner to provide a competing hosted service.
You should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
The Debt Payoff Planner is currently preparing for launch and is not accepting public paid subscriptions. When paid access launches, an active subscription will grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted Planner while the subscription remains entitled to access.
A subscription will not transfer ownership of the Planner software, calculations, design, documentation, trademarks, site content, or other intellectual property.
When subscriptions launch, available plans, prices, billing intervals, currency, and any promotional or trial terms will be displayed on the product page or during checkout before purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, may also be calculated or displayed during checkout.
Monthly and annual subscriptions will renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged for each renewal until the subscription is canceled, subject to any notice or consent requirements that apply in your location.
Payment processing is expected to be provided through Stripe. Payment information submitted during Stripe-hosted or Stripe-processed checkout will be handled by Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy practices. DebtOptimizerHub will not receive complete payment-card numbers.
The Debt Payoff Planner is a digital service. No physical product will be shipped.
When paid subscriptions launch, paid Planner access is intended to become available to the associated account after successful checkout and confirmation of the applicable subscription entitlement. Temporary payment-processing, authentication, network, or service delays may delay access.
When subscriptions launch, customers are expected to be able to manage or cancel an active subscription through Stripe-hosted billing tools or another cancellation method clearly identified by DebtOptimizerHub.
Unless different terms are clearly disclosed at checkout, a cancellation scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period will stop future renewal while allowing access to continue through the end of that paid period.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete Planner data associated with an account. Deleting Planner data does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Except where required by applicable law or where a different refund right is clearly stated at checkout, subscription charges are non-refundable once charged.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal according to the applicable cancellation timing but does not by itself create a refund or prorated credit for a billing period that has already been charged.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same transaction, or experienced another billing problem, contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible so the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in this refund policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
When subscriptions launch, paid access may be limited or suspended if a payment fails, a subscription expires, a charge is refunded or disputed, fraud or unauthorized use is suspected, or an account is used in violation of these Terms.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not replace the normal cancellation process for future subscription renewals.
When the Debt Payoff Planner launches, signed-in Planner data is expected to use Supabase as the authoritative cloud data store and IndexedDB as a local browser cache. Changes may be saved locally before synchronization completes. Offline use, network interruptions, browser restrictions, or service outages may delay synchronization.
The Planner is designed to protect newer cloud data from being silently overwritten by an older browser copy. In some conflict situations, the product may require the user to load the cloud version or retain browser edits as a separate copy.
Clearing browser data can remove locally cached Planner information without necessarily deleting the corresponding cloud-stored data. When cloud Planner access launches, users are expected to have product controls for deleting individual plans or Planner data associated with the signed-in account.
Backup imports are intended to add recovered data with conflict protection rather than silently replacing an existing cloud plan. Subscription or billing entitlement is not transferred through a Planner backup file.
If password-encrypted Planner backups are offered, DebtOptimizerHub will not be able to recover a forgotten backup password. You are responsible for keeping backup files and their passwords available and secure.
If optional Planner reminders or browser notifications are offered after launch, they will be convenience features only. Reminders may be delayed, suppressed, duplicated, or unavailable because of browser settings, email-delivery conditions, network availability, service outages, time-zone behavior, or other technical factors.
Planner reminders do not replace creditor statements, contractual notices, required-payment notices, or account alerts, and they do not initiate payments. You remain responsible for verifying due dates, rates, balances, and required payments with each creditor.
DebtOptimizerHub may experience temporary outages, maintenance periods, browser compatibility issues, device failures, internet interruptions, or third-party service interruptions.
We may change, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue site or Planner features. Any commitments clearly presented as part of a paid purchase remain subject to applicable law and the purchase terms in effect for that transaction.
DebtOptimizerHub uses or may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, account authentication, cloud data storage, subscription billing, payment processing, and other operational functions. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy practices, and service limitations.
Use of a third-party provider does not make DebtOptimizerHub responsible for that provider's independent systems, outages, security practices, or contractual obligations except to the extent required by applicable law.
DebtOptimizerHub may contain links to independent third-party websites and financial-product providers. DebtOptimizerHub may receive compensation from some links or referrals.
Third parties control their own products, eligibility decisions, approval criteria, pricing, terms, privacy practices, underwriting, and services. An outbound link does not make DebtOptimizerHub the lender, provider, broker, creditor, insurer, debt-relief provider, or payment processor for that third party.
Unless otherwise stated, the DebtOptimizerHub website, calculators, Planner software, original written content, visual design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to DebtOptimizerHub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the site and its outputs for your own lawful personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site or hosted Planner except as permitted by law or with written permission.
DebtOptimizerHub may restrict or terminate access to the site or, after launch, to a Planner account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third parties, or DebtOptimizerHub; to address fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, abuse, or material violations of these Terms; or when a paid subscription no longer provides entitlement to access.
Where practical and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an account or billing problem before access is terminated, but immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, DebtOptimizerHub and its operators are not responsible for losses or financial decisions made based on information, calculator outputs, saved plans, scenario comparisons, progress classifications, reminders, exports, reports, or other estimates provided through the site or Planner.
No calculation, comparison, recommendation framework, reminder, progress status, or product feature guarantees approval, savings, payoff completion, credit-score improvement, or any specific financial outcome. You assume responsibility for how you use the information presented.
Use of DebtOptimizerHub is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is processed in connection with the public calculators, analytics, email features, and the planned Debt Payoff Planner account and subscription services.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the site, Planner, billing model, service providers, or applicable requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
We expect to update these Terms again when Debt Payoff Planner accounts and paid subscriptions become publicly available if the final launch configuration, billing terms, service providers, or purchase flow differ from the pre-launch description above.
For questions about these Terms of Use, subscription policies, or billing issues, contact [email protected].
